Retro Block Party 2025 – Terms & Conditions of Entry
 
 
Event Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025
Location: Bradford Town Square (New Community Space)
Admission: Ticket-Only Entry – All Attendees Must Have a Wristband
 
 
 
1. Ticket Sales, Refund Policy & Donations
 
 

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

• This event is a fundraiser. All proceeds are donated directly to the Bradford Helping Hands Food Bank, supporting the purchase of food and funding food-related programs for the community.

• In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that result in cancellation, no refunds will be issued. Your ticket will still be counted as a donation to the food bank and food security efforts.

• Tickets are treated as contributions to a charitable cause and cannot be refunded or reimbursed under any conditions.

 
 
 
 
2. Wristband Policy & Entry Requirements
 
 

• This is a ticket-only event. Once your ticket is confirmed, you are required to pick up your event wristband prior to the event.

• Wristbands are non-transferable and must be registered to each individual attendee.

• Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event. No one will be allowed access to the event space without a valid, registered wristband.

• Wristbands allow for in-and-out privileges, but re-entry is subject to security clearance.

 
 
 
 
3. Private Event & Legal Notice
 
 

• This is a private event, not open to the general public. Attendance is limited to ticket holders only.

• The event is governed by Ontario provincial regulations, including the Liquor Licence and Control Act (LLCA)and Municipal Act, and is held in a controlled-entry space for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

• Right of admission is reserved. Event organizers, security, and police officers have the authority to refuse entry or remove attendees for any reason deemed necessary.

 
 
 
 
4. Alcohol Service – Beer Garden Policy
 
 

• A licensed beer garden will be available for guests 21+.

• Entry requires:

   

  • Valid government-issued photo ID

  • Strict adherence to beer garden rules

   

• Overconsumption, intoxication, or disorderly behavior will result in removal from the event without refund.

• Alcohol must remain within designated areas at all times.

 
 
 
 
5. Security Screening & Bag Checks
 
 

• All bags and personal belongings will be searched every time you enter the event space.

• Items prohibited from the event include outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass containers, and any object deemed unsafe by security.

• Refusal to comply with security checks will result in denied entry.

 
 
 
 
6. Code of Conduct
 
 

• This is a family-friendly, community-focused event. Respectful, responsible behavior is expected at all times.

• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate removal from the event.

 
 
 
 
7. Agreement to Terms
 
 
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Retro Block Party 2025, you agree to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone — while supporting a meaningful cause in our community.
